December 19th, 2024, marked the successful launch of the HYSEA - TechEra AI Accelerate Series, featuring its first workshop, 'Future-Proofing AI Talent: Strategies for GCCs in India.' The event kicked off with a warm welcome by Prashanth Nandella, followed by an inspiring keynote on 'The Future of Work - Talent Acquisition & Management in the AI Era' by Dr. Kiranmai Dutt Pendyala.
The workshop provided a unique platform for AI Practice Leaders and Talent Leaders to come together, address pressing challenges, and explore potential solutions related to Future-Proofing AI Talent. The discussions were thought-provoking and resulted in the exchange of innovative ideas, aimed at shaping a stronger AI ecosystem for GCCs.
